Recital Sign-Up

Teachers, please use the form below to register students to perform in SoFA recitals.  Recitals take place in the Sanctuary of Pine Street Church at 1237 Pine Street.  Please use the West entrance of the church (off of the parking lot).  An accompanist will be provided if necessary.
